Showgram is a new tool within the On The Stage Theatre Empowerment platform that enables you to use information you already have about your productions to easily create a print or digital version of your program.

You can then use your newly created program for both live and virtual performances to provide a professional experience for your patrons.

Showgram is fully customizable, meaning you can arrange the flow of the program however works best for your production. You can also add and delete pages, as well as selling advertisements via the Fundraising Suite to raise funds for your organization.

Through Showgram, you can display details of your cast, crew and show story to help patrons connect more meaningfully with your show, using extra content pages to share additional information and engage your community.

Showgram allows you to seamlessly populate your programs with artwork, cast bios, merch and other customizable pages from the OTS Show Site. This creates a consistent journey for your patrons, keeping them engaged from the moment they buy a ticket to when the curtain comes down at the end of the show.

You also have the option to distribute both physical and digital copies of your programs on show night, provide digital copies in the lobby through a QR code, or share them in an email ahead of the show.
